2. Clerical Duties:
Prepares monthly reports - internal and external
Keeps record of merchant equipment – leased and purchased
Monitors, organizes and maintains equipment terminals and supplies
Prepares and submits paperwork & files for merchant set-ups
Performs account maintenance on merchant accounts
Downloads merchant terminals and prepares merchant welcome kits
Keeps merchant listing and other reports up-to-date
Assists with ordering merchant supplies and equipment/terminals
Assists with business card application set-ups & checklists
Assists with special projects in acquiring and issuing areas
Prepares and files credit card folders
3. Customer Service
Assists with merchant service issues, questions and concerns
Works with merchants on PCI compliance related issues
Backs-up Director of Merchant Sales & Operations for new and existing merchants to install, repair or replace equipment
Assists with customer questions on Base 2000, eZCard & ScoreCard credit card systems
Assists in back-up capacity with eZBusiness Card Management clients
4. Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to operate P.C., calculator, copier, fax machine and telephone. Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel preferred. Experience in data entry and organizational skills required. Ability to positively interact with internal and external clients.
