Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking a Loan Reporting Specialist I to join our growing team in Dubuque, IA. The Loan Reporting Specialist I is responsible for completing reports in an accurate, timely manner as well as accepting report requests, identifying the needs and providing quality output, utilizing the software systems that provide the most accurate information. This individual will also perform operational tasks on behalf of Heartland banks.
- Associate’s Degree in a Business Related field.
- 1-3 years experience in a business related position, preferably a bank or Loan Operations department.
- Ability to prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including but not limited to monthly Floor Plan, Credit Insurance, Info Access, UCC reports, and quarterly volume reports.
- Ability to research problems utilizing a variety of sources including Compliance, various system vendors, internet based research, and outside contacts.
- Ability to complete rate changes in Mark IV, Laser Pro and Fiserv Signature.
