MedOne is a new Pharmacy Benefits Management Company which is affiliated
with Hartig Drug. MedOne offers a full array of clinical and technological
services which will allow its clients to improve the overall healthcare and
at the same time minimize the ever-increasing cost of providing healthcare
to their employees or members.
Answer and appropriately handle all incoming client, member, plan sponsor, or pharmacy telephone calls or emails. Escalate client-related issues to the appropriate staff member. Assist MedOne Pharmacy Services and its patients with the process of filling mail-order medications. Communicate with appropriate MedOne colleagues, if necessary, to resolve member issues, claims payment issues, authorizations issues and daily operations. Assist with running standard and non-standard client reports as directed. Conduct outbound calling projects as assigned. Demonstrate strong organizational, excellent verbal and written communications skills with emphasis on attention to detail. Portray a positive image and abide by all rules, regulations and policies of the employer. Background in pharmacy or other related healthcare field highly preferred. This position will also rotate Saturdays.
