Develop and oversee implementation efforts including all plan building activities for existing and new clients. Develop and implement a robust testing protocol for plan changes/system changes. Maintains accountability for timely resolution of configuration errors identified during the implementation process. Responsible for claims system maintenance including system monitoring, setup, upgrades, project development and regular uploads. Collaborate with the Clinical Team to structure and implement all formulary management and clinical programs. Create, maintain and expand reporting package to deliver key insights to internal team members and external stakeholders. Develop method for allowing internal team members to run pro forma analysis to measure member and plan impact of benefit changes. Identify, plan and manage IT-related projects to satisfy company-wide objectives. Collaborate and cultivate positive relationships with internal teams. Participate in continued professional development to stay up-to date on the latest PBM products, services and technical enhancements. Work outside of normal business hours as required. Complete special projects as assigned. Portray the company in a positive image. Required to abide by all rules, regulations and policies of the employer.
