DuctSox, a division of Rite-Hite Corporation, is seeking a full time Print/Marketing Assistant. The position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities of the Rite-Hite Print Shop and will also provide sales and marketing support to the DuctSox Corporation. This position would have the following responsibilities:
Print Shop Responsibilities:
- Layout & Design (Manuals, labels, product graphics)
- Production and delivery of all approved projects within the required due dates
- Assist with maintaining all necessary records and reports
- Operation of all Print Shop equipment
- Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
- Be able to back-up PrintShop Coordinator on day-to-day activities
Equipment includes, but is not limited to the following: cutters, folders, laminators, comb/coil binding machine, business card slitter,UPS machine, Mimaki inkjet printer/dye cutter, Epson SureColor Dye Sublimation Printer, Sharp production printers, Lexmark color printer, Gerber Cutter etc.
Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
- Manage sales lead database – including distribution and follow-up as needed
- Manage inventory of sales aids, including literature and promotional items
- Maintain internal sales representative database (AUI)
- Provide support to incoming calls as required
- Process shipments for UPS, FedEx, and USPS mailings
Qualified candidates will possess an Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop, Quark, Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point. This position also requires a working knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Internet Explorer, with the ability to learn to navigate and update Lotus Notes Databases.
