Dubuque Finley Hospital
Work hours will be days; 8-hour shifts from 7:30 am and 4:00 pm, for 72 hours per pay period. This position includes a weekend rotation of every third to fourth weekend and an on call holiday rotation.
This roles requires someone who will promote innovation and transformation and has the ability to establish collaborative partnerships with patients, families, physicians and the multidisciplinary team. The person in this role is responsible to develop and coordinate an efficient and effective plan of care for assigned patients throughout their hospital stay. In addition, the person in this role is accountable to lead quality outcomes for patients through evidence based best practice and provide leadership to the multi-disciplinary team.
Must be a graduate of a recognized professional program for nursing
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required for the position or be currently enrolled in a BSN program with the expectation to complete the degree requirements within 5 years of hire date
Must be licensed in the state of Iowa
A minimum of 3 years of RN professional experience in an acute hospital setting required.
Experience as a case manager preferred
