Responsible for proper set up and take down of stage and band equipment. Responsible for efficient and safe preparations, in accordance with all operational policies and procedures while promoting positive public relations. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum one (1) year related experience; or a equivalent combination of education and experience required • Excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to work with others and independently • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, guests and/or management staff • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Must have an upbeat attitude and flexibility in scheduling • Must have ability to get along with others • Able to obtain/maintain any licenses or certifications Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
