Under general direction, the Operations Assistant is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations across the branches. The Operations Assistant will work in partnership with the Senior Operations Manager. This position will also work with Heartland Financial’s recruitment team to hire the most qualified and talented individuals to fill open positions. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 2. 3-5 years of bank operations experience 3. Proficient experience with Microsoft Office 4. Previous budgeting experience a plus 5. Ability to be responsible for tracking capital expenditures, analyzing reports and making budget recommendations.
