We are seeking an exempt-level Collection & Recovery Strategy Manager to develop and monitor the collection and recovery strategies throughout the billing, delinquency and charge-off cycle. What You’ll Do You’ll serve as a management contact for and partner extensively with Collection and Recovery Operations. You will work closely with the Analytics Department to effectively use data to analyze and find business insight to improve performance. You'll design, develop, document, implement, monitor, measure, and analyze champion/challenger Collection Strategies. What It Takes We need a collections and recovery professional with multiple years of experience and extensive knowledge of effective strategies and techniques. You will have a deep understanding of partnering with outside entities (data providers and outsourcers) to improve our collection team’s performance. You are a team player with professional level communication skills, who has the ability to present data and ideas confidently. Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline and 5+ years’ related business experience. In addition, we are looking for: •A high degree of skill pertaining to collection tools & technologies •5+ years' experience making data driven decisions •High level of analysis & problem solving skills; analyzing problems and finding appropriate solutions on a daily basis •An extensive knowledge and use of MS Office and Windows applications, especially Excel •The ability to work independently with limited supervision What You’ll Get The chance to make a recognizable difference and drive sales growth at a stable, family-owned, people-oriented company in business since 1926.
