MedOne is a new Pharmacy Benefits Management Company which is affiliated
with Hartig Drug. MedOne offers a full array of clinical and technological
services which will allow its clients to improve the overall healthcare and
at the same time minimize the ever-increasing cost of providing healthcare
to their employees or members.
Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel. Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, in conjunction with senior management. Assist with benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees. Conduct recruitment, hiring and onboarding efforts. Maintains company organization charts, employee directory and phone lists. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc. Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access, etc.) Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities. Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities. Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc. for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions. Participates as needed in answering phones. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the company and services performed. Participates as needed in special department projects and portrays the company in a positive image.
