The Client Services Executive (CSE) is client focused with at least 5 years of successful experience interfacing directly with complex clients preferably in healthcare benefits. The CSE will own the client relationship and be the face of MedOne for several assigned accounts. Manage day-to-day needs of assigned clients with the goal of 100% client satisfaction/retention. Own the overall client satisfaction through partnering with internal and external teams. Strategically plan, negotiate and influence the interactions and relationships with clients, brokers/consultants and internal team members to achieve strategic account goals. Ensure MedOne is meeting or exceeding contract standards. Review and renew client contracts. Upsell ancillary services based on client needs. Establish, cultivate and manage relationships with consultants and brokers. Communicate across matrix environment. Lead and/or support internal department and corporate projects as assigned by the VP of Client Services (research, document, organize meetings, and follow-up with key stakeholders).
