Associate Program Manager
(Competitive salary and benefits)
We are currently looking for a full-time Associate Program Manager who will assist in supervising and scheduling direct care staff for residential and/or vocational programs; provide caseload services, develop and review individual program plans; write performance reviews and provide resource assistance.
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Human Services or related field is preferred. Two years of related full-time paid employment providing services to persons with special needs may be substituted for each year of post-secondary education, provided this work experience demonstrates efficient and effective leadership and supervisory skills. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, three years of related work experience is required.
