The Shift Supervisor ensures that the beverage shift operation is opened and closed properly and on time, all employees are on time, in proper uniform, and following correct service procedures, monitors employee job performance to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures, resolves guest complaints in a professional and timely manner, and maintains control of all inventories of glass, uniforms, liquor, beverages, paper goods, and equipment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must have exceptional customer relation and communication skills.
- One (1) year of experience in the same or similar position preferred.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
