We, at Smart Retract, are looking for a professional, top-of-the-line supervisor with experience and skills to grow and lead our dynamic customer support initiatives for both our online and wholesale business.

With continued business growth, we must upgrade our customer support organization and are now looking for a supervisor to help drive these efforts. With eyes on both our domestic and global markets, the initial focus of the position will be to learn our business and evaluate our customer support resources and processes with the assistance of our CEO, then develop, deploy, and support the new plans.
