Prepares Bakery Department merchandise based on daily production needs by properly wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise.
Follows Comany policies and procedures for preparing, handling, packaging, labeling, and storing food, operating and sanitizing food-related equipment, stocking and displaying food products and maintaining and cleaning the Fresh Department.
Maintains the Sale Floor in the Bakery area by properly handing claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
