About the Job

We’re currently seeking the right person to provide support, answer questions and resolve problems for instructors and students using our customized web products.



  • Maintains effective customer relationships by providing ongoing customer support to instructors and students with questions or problems using our web products
  • Primary responsibility is regularly handling telephone inquiries and responding to e-mail inquiries
  • May assist in maintenance of existing projects or testing and proofing of site functionalities


We’d like to hear from you if you’re proficient using programs on computers, tablets and smart phones and have prior customer support experience.  Professionalism, attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency using Internet programs, word processing and spreadsheets, as well as demonstrated problem solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
