Good communication skills,  the ability to coordinate services, make  referrals to other agencies/providers, and function as a client advocate are necessary. In general a full-time RN will have a caseload of 12-15 clients.  A reliable vehicle is necessary for travel in a 50 mile radius of Dubuque.  Home care office and Administrative staff provide additional support to ensure safe, quality, patient care.   On call every fourth weekend and work 1-2 holidays per year.
