A local business is looking for a part-time Administrative Receptionist.
The person in this position will: answer phone, generate reports, invoice, code and enter bills, assist Dispatcher and Inventory Manager with various tasks, as well be responsible for other general clerical responsibilities.
This position requires a high level of:
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of Excel as both a spreadsheet and a database
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Aptitude to learn new software easily
- Self-starter with a lot of initiative
- Friendly, cooperative, team spirit
- Good phone skills
This is a Part Time position for 20 hours per week (Monday through Friday) - with Friday afternoons off (Monday through Thursday is also an option).
