Weekend Sub 1 time per month
1 weekend per month - 12 hour shifts
Work One Saturday & One Sunday and take the rest of the month off.........
Not ready to quit working but want to cut down the number of hours in a month or maybe supplemental income
$31.00 per hour for 12 hour shifts
Not your typical 12 hour schedule our shifts run from:
- 4:45pm - 4:45am
Shift Differential & Weekend Differentials also apply
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assess and coordinates resident’s long term health care needs.
Develops and monitors health care plans of residents
Accompanies and attends resident’s annual physical and referral appointments
Participates with the pharmacist in medication review process and following up on physician recommendations from medication review
- Certification as a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse
- Current certification in cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Required state training in dependent adult and child abuse class.
- Free from a conviction or prior employment history of child or resident abuse or dependent adult abuse.
