Champps Americana is currently seeking an organized, dynamic, and energetic person to  lead our strong kitchen staff in the Champps Americana kitchen which also includes extensive banquet facilities. The Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager will report directly to the General Manager. The Exec Chef/Kitchen Manager will provide leadership in the back of the house operation of our restaurant, banquet and catering departments by providing a high level of excellence in customer service, quality of product, and teamwork within our staff. The Best Western Plus Dubuque & Champps Americana is a leading area full service hotel that offers long-term opportunities within a stable and professional environment.
