Commercial printing is produced through Woodward Printing Services (WPS) - with a state-of-the-art web facility in Platteville, Wisconsin, a full service sheet fed operation in East Dubuque, Illinois, and a commercial printing plant in Oregon, Wisconsin. A few of the client publications printed by the division include Dynamic Chiropractic, Porter's Camera, Wisconsin Public Television "Airwaves", Coffey Communications and The Witness.
Woodward Communications, Inc. (WCI) is a multimedia communications company employing nearly 600 people at 14 locations - servicing communities in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois, and customers throughout the nation. With its corporate headquarters in Dubuque, Iowa, WCI is owned by the Woodward family and its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The ESOP now owns approximately 62% of the company.

You could be an integral part of the bindery team who finishes the product for our customers. We provide you with paid, on-the-job training to learn how to work with the equipment to insert, stack, and tie products and strap and bag mail. In addition, you will assist with all bindery equipment set-up and equipment maintenance. These are entry-level positions with an opportunity to gain experience and responsibilities in various operations as well as participate in various committees within the company.
