Temporary Office Support - Sales Coordinator
A local industrial company is seeking a temporary office assistant/Sales Coordinator to assist with a medical leave. This position is available to start immediately.
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Writes sales orders and quotes.
- Fields phone calls and assists dealers.
- Reviews sales orders for accuracy.
- Updates product information/literature.
- Compiles various end of week and month reports.
- Back up to Sales Secretary.
- Provides switchboard relief.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong accuracy and typing skills
- Positive customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
