We are currently seeking an experienced, positive, and driven individual to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist.  Particular areas of focus will be managing aspects of the hiring process and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure an effective onboarding program that enhances the employee’s experience from day one.  The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the HR department and support all HR functions including benefit administration, development activities, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of HR experience and possess excellent relational, communication, and organizational skills.  Bachelor’s degree and/or SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
