Full-Time Faculty in Instrumental Music

The University of Dubuque invites applications for a Full-time Faculty position in Instrumental Music/Director of Wind Ensembles beginning August, 2018. Preferred qualifications include an earned doctorate, extensive directing experience, and teaching experience.  The primary emphasis of this position will be on building a strong wind ensemble program, including the ongoing recruitment of student musicians and directing the ensemble(s).  Additional responsibilities include teaching in the candidate’s area of expertise, advising students, maintaining a scholarship agenda, and participating in the broader life of the University.
