As our Oky Doky Store Manager, you will be tasked with not only providing our customers with the highest level of customer service, but also fostering a work environment that allows our employees to flourish. We have served the Dubuque area for over 50 years with our Oky Doky brand and our customers and employees have come to expect the best from us.

We require that you have 3+ years’ of experience in a convenience or high volume retail environment. Experience in foodservice is important.

You must possess the ability to multi-task, have problem solving skills and have great attention to detail. The position will require knowledge of Microsoft Office. Inventory management experience is also highly preferred. This is a management position that requires 45-50 hour per week – including some nights, weekends and Holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. The hiring, training, managing and scheduling of all store employees.

2. Managing day to day operations at the store level including placing orders from vendors, monitoring fuel equipment, stocking, performing inventories and working with cashiers as needed.

3. Providing the accounting office with accurate daily reports which include lottery sales, fuel sales, department sales, deposit information and identification of discrepancies.

4. And most importantly, providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
