Compliance Testing & Reporting Specialist
American Trust & Savings Bank has a full-time opening in the Retirement Division for a Compliance Testing & Reporting Specialist.
Responsibilities include performing compliance nondiscrimination testing and Form 5500 reporting for client's defined contribution plans as well as other compliance related duties.
This is required to assure that retirement plans remain qualified, contributions and benefits are tested and allocated properly, and all completed within regulatory deadlines.
Applicant should demonstrate strong organizational skills, detail-oriented approach, and proficiency in various software applications and must be able to work in a close team environment as well as independently.
Relius experience and ERISA knowledge is a plus. A minimum of two years of Retirement expeireince is required.
