Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking an HRIS Administrator to join our growing team in Dubuque, IA. The HRIS Administrator is responsible for planning, project coordination, and ongoing administration of the Human Resource Information System. This role will work closely with the HRIS Manager to ensure efficient operations are meeting current and future business needs.
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, Information Technology
2.5-7 years of related IT/HRIS experience
3.Assist with the design, selection, and implementation or modification of HRIS and other HR Computer solutions
4.Assist with system implementations, integration with internal and external technologies, partnering with HR colleagues to create end user training and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance
