Clarke University, located in scenic Dubuque, IA, invites applications for a full-time, Social Work faculty to teach in the BSW and MSW programs. Qualified candidates must possess an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program with a Ph.D. in social work or a related field preferred (ABD considered) by August, 2018. Two years of full-time post MSW practice experience is preferred.

The Social Work program’s area of focus is in mental health and medical. Faculty in both micro-level and macro-level practice are encouraged to apply. Micro-level areas of practice or interest include: child and adolescents, evidence-based practice, rural social work, veterans, crisis intervention, groups and families, psychopathology, and human behavior and the social environment. Macro-level areas of practice or interest include: advocacy, policy (mental health and medical), program development and evaluation, research, and administration. Teaching responsibilities include graduate and undergraduate courses in the above areas.
