Tenure-Track Position in Chemistry

The University of Dubuque’s Department of Natural and Applied Sciences is seeking to fill a Full-time Tenure-track Faculty position in Chemistry beginning August, 2018 (January 2018 start considered). Applicants must be committed to educating the next generation of chemists. The successful candidate will teach advanced chemistry courses in their specialty areas as well as introductory courses and will be interested in mentoring student-driven undergraduate research. An interest in attracting and retaining students from underrepresented groups is desirable. We are a collaborative and creative faculty who work hard to integrate diverse strengths into our department.  Our preferred candidate will have a Ph.D. in Chemistry or closely aligned field, exceptional ABD candidates will be considered.
