HKP, the workforce management affiliate of Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C., is seeking an administrative professional to provide support to the tax credit department. As administrative assistant, you're at the core of your team's business operations and activities that keep them moving forward.
- Preparing and maintaining reports
- Improving efficiencies
- Streamlining processes
- Tracking of budgets
The ideal candidate:
We're interested in organized individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional internal support. The administrative assistant will have the ability to anticipate the needs of management and team members and resolve administrative issues before they arise.
This role requires:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two to four years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage projects in fast-paced environment
- keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
