Medical Associates Clinic offers several locations from which to seek medical care, including facilities at 1500 Associates Drive, 1000 Langworthy, and 1940 Elm Street in Dubuque, Iowa; as well as facilities in Bellevue, Cascade, Dyersville, Elkader, and Monona, Iowa; Cuba City, and Platteville, Wisconsin; and Elizabeth and Galena, Illinois.
Tri-State Occupational Health is a multi-location healthcare organization whose mission is to partner with employers to maintain a safe and healthy workforce. We offer a range of occupational health services that extend from the time of employee hire through their career with that employer. Tri-State Occupational Health served over 1100 employer clients in the Tri-State area this past year.
We currently have a full time Clinical Supervisor opening. This position is responsible for the management of clinical staff, delivery of patient care and supporting activities based on direct reports, providers, locations and complexity. RN Licensure required, previous management experience a plus.
Manage selection, training, development, performance evaluation, and performance issues for direct reports.
Manage clinical activities to ensure that quality standards of care are met.
Ensure compliance with requirements of all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery. Communicates, educates and shares this information with all appropriate staff.
Continuously monitors clinic operations and coordinates appropriate changes when needed.
Staff in direct patient care as a back up when needed
Works with TSOH Manager on developing annual operating and capitol budgets for clinic
Assists in the development and implementation of policies, protocols, standing orders and quality assurance standards.
