The Banquet Captain/Lead is responsible for assigned station, and communication with back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house personnel to ensure exceptional banquet service!
- Prior experience in the same or similar position preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull frequently during shift.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
