Full-Time Faculty in Digital Art and Design - 3D Animation

The University of Dubuque invites applications for a Full-time Faculty position in Digital Art and Design 3D Animation beginning January or August, 2018. Preferred qualifications include an earned master’s degree in a related field (doctorate preferred), industry experience, and teaching experience.  The candidate should be well versed in 3D Animation, Modeling, Texturing, Rendering, Lighting and Visual Effects in 3DS Max (Autodesk), ZBrush (Pixologic), Unreal Engine (Epic Games) and SketchUp Make (Trimble).  The successful candidate will teach 3D animation courses as well as introductory courses, maintain a scholarship agenda and participate in the broader life of the University. An interest in attracting and developing students from underrepresented groups is desirable.
