Directs and oversees the Creative Marketing of our Credit Services for all brands and all channels. This position will work directly with Brand leaders and IMS leaders to develop creative marketing strategies for our credit programs and direct the branded creative teams in the tactical execution of those strategies for each specific brand and all of its customer contact points. This position will have the authority and responsibility to develop, create, direct, communicate and present brand specific creative marketing strategic plans and the execution tactics of those plans as it pertains to credit services.
• Credit Services expert (credit background).
• Creative Marketing expert (creative and/or marketing background).
• Strategic visionary.
• Clear communication skills with multiple teams (analysis, understanding brand needs, creative execution direction, follow-up on findings).
• Ability to lead teams in understanding the creative marketing credit services corporate vision and how it pertains to the tactical execution for their brands.
• Understanding of analytics and customer behavior.
• Complete knowledge of all marketing vehicles and channels and how to best utilize them for an optimal omni-channel customer experience.
• Ability to formulate brand specific creative marketing plans of credit services based on unique demographics, psychographics, customer feedback and data.
• Ability to understand the needs of partners and present creative marketing credit services ideas to all parties.
• Management with a high level of organization.

• Ability to communicate similar and different messages in the unique voice and unique style of multiple brands.
