The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is detail-oriented and accurate in their day-to-day work. This candidate should be culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the office and offering up new ideas and programs. This candidate should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases).
Essential Job Functions
- You will provide quality service through collaboration, respectful communication, maintenance of a professional environment, partnership with those we serve and anticipation of customer needs in accordance with customer agreements
- Assist with resolution of eligibility, accumulator, and claims extract file issues
- Create, analyze and present findings of prescription drug reports
- Identify and present to clients, opportunities to improve costs, services, and health/wellness
- Assist with new client implementations
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales Team, and IT to meet overall site goals and objective of improving customer service
- Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the project
- Represent MedOne at customer and industry related events
- Portrays the company in a positive image
- Required to abide by all rules, regulations and policies of the employer
Work Hours
- Full-time position, hourly employee
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including some overnights
- “On Call” hours are required (could be variable based on days, nights, and/or weekends)
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area preferred or consideration of equivalent working experience in related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be timely, dependable and must notify supervisor of schedule changes
Highly Preferred Experience & Skills
- Optional certification as a pharmacy technician
- Must possess a valid and current driver’s license
- Must possess personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet the requirements of the job and is appropriately insured
- Understanding concepts of pharmacy benefit management operations
- Background in pharmacy or other related healthcare field
- Ability to work as a team

Continuing Education Requirements
- As needed for various certifications and licenses
