Currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist in Dubuque, Iowa or surrounding regional area.

In this role, you’ll work with the Marketing team to plan campaigns and take the lead on: researching keywords, building and monitoring search campaigns, creating landing pages, building emails, testing new ideas, analyzing performance, and making decisions to improve results.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will interact with all members of the Marketing team, as well as other divisions within Cartegraph under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing.


  • Develop and build digital media campaigns that are aligned with business goals
  • Research keywords to build search campaigns that convert and improve SEO rankings
  • Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and emails to optimize performance
  • Collect and analyze data, identifying trends and making adjustments to maximize ROI
  • Build and manage landing pages, optimizing copy for SEO and paid search
  • Develop email nurturing programs across the buyer journey
  • Create and monitor reports, regularly communicating results and progress to management and colleagues
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor online marketing efforts
  • Assist with database management, contributing to a data-driven culture
  • Perform any related duties assigned by management



  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience with Hubspot, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of HTML to edit landing pages and email templates
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience generating and sharing digital marketing reports
  • Strong time management skills are required, with demonstrated ability to manage a variety of campaigns simultaneously.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong writing, grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
