Typical clients include pre-term infants with special needs, individuals who are post-surgical and require follow-up care such as antibiotic therapy or wound care; those with chronic conditions (CHF, diabetes) in need of additional education, laboratory work or therapy; and individuals who require long-term support for medication management.
