Sinsinawa Dominicans, Inc., Sinsinawa, WI

The Cook is responsible for preparing food for house meals and group functions according to menu, production records and applicable recipes; ensuring production of consistently high quality foods while maintaining budgeted food costs and monitoring production to avoid potential waste of food and/or loss of quality; following procedures for safe and sanitary food handling, storage and safety; assisting with purchasing kitchen supplies and food; and assisting in training of employees. The Cook is also responsible for supervising food service employees and production in the absence of the food service manager/assistant manager.

The schedule for this position includes working every other Sunday 6:00am - 2:30pm.  Every other Saturday 10:30am - 7pm.  Monday 6am -2:30pm.  Tuesday 10:30am - 7:00pm. Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm.   Friday (every other; opposite off weekends) 10:30am - 7:00pm.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years cooking experience. Supervisory experience is preferred. Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds is required.
