Medical Associates Clinic offers several locations from which to seek medical care, including facilities at 1500 Associates Drive, 1000 Langworthy, and 1940 Elm Street in Dubuque, Iowa; as well as facilities in Bellevue, Cascade, Dyersville, Elkader, and Monona, Iowa; Cuba City, and Platteville, Wisconsin; and Elizabeth and Galena, Illinois.
Full time benefits eligible position working Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is responsible for fulfilling the copy center requests in a timely and professional manner for Medical Associates Clinic and Health Plans.
Fulfills copy center requests from all departments in a timely and professional manner by utilizing the copy center equipment appropriately. This includes but is not limited to printing, copying, binding, padding, cutting and collating of projects.
Maintains copy center equipment by scheduling routine maintenance care and learning basic machine maintenance including but not limited to properly clearing paper jams, changing toner cartridges, and correcting misprint errors.
Coordinate with forms librarian the approval and set up of new forms within the inventory management system. This includes the evaluation of copy center expenses and charges per project which will be evaluated and communicated with manager. Also communicates efficiencies and cost savings ideas with manager routinely.
Assembles patient education material and health plan materials as needed and only as time allows.
Completes all other duties as assigned.
