Mechanical aptitude is a must, mechanical experience is a plus. Job responsibilities include: machine set-up, process controls, mold changes, quality of product, production, cycle and cavitations optimization, record keeping, maintenance and sanitation of lines and support equipment. Cleanliness and housekeeping are essential. The successful applicant must be flexible and be able to communicate and work well with others. The ability to troubleshoot, take corrective action and the desire to continually build skill sets and knowledge is essential. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits and career potential.
