Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
- Coordinate work direction, prioritize workloads, and assist in overseeing daily service department activities
- Review completed service jobs to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
- Oversee completion of preventative maintenance (PM) services for customers’ equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues
- Evaluate and provide feedback of service technicians’ performance
- Train service technicians as directed
- Perform Service Technician duties as needed
- Backfill Service Coordinator position as necessary
- Occasional travel may be required
- Communicate with sales team to discover customer needs
- Work toward continuous improvement
- Stay current with changing technology
- Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the Shop Coordinator must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required.
- High School Diploma, GED or continuing education
- Previous experience as Forklift/Service Technician
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
- College degree and/or continuing education
- Previous customer service experience
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
License & Certificates:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Operator certification
