Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
- Provide preventative maintenance (PM) services for customers’ equipment
- Drive to customer locations to provide services as required
- Complete work orders accurately
- Run computer-based diagnostics on forklifts and other products
- Maintain company tools in working order and returning them to the shop
- Make repairs accurately with minimal call-backs
- Operate machinery to diagnose and verify in working order
- Keep track of purchase orders for reimbursement purposes
- Communicate with sales team to discover customer needs
- Comply with all OSHA and site specific safety & PPE requirements
- Operate all company equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Work toward continuous improvement
- Stay current with changing technology
- Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the Service Technician must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required.
- High School Diploma, GED or continuing education
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
- College degree and/or continuing education
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience as Forklift/Service Technician
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
License & Certificates:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Operator certification
