Service/Parts Manager

HODGE, Bettendorf, IA
As the Service/Parts Manager, you are responsible for the efficiency and productivity of the Service and Parts Departments.
Essential Duties:  Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
  • Direct day-to-day work of Service/Parts/Shop Coordinators
  • Oversee the warranty process for Service and Parts
  • Develop, implement processes to enhance communication between Service and Parts
  • Strive for 100% customer satisfaction and rapid resolution of any issues that arise
  • Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety & PPE requirements
  • Communicate with customers through e-mail, phone and face-to-face correspondence
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Work toward continuous improvement
  • Stay current with changing technology
  • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
Reporting to this position:  Service/Parts/Shop Coordinators
Qualifications:  To perform this job successfully, the Service/Parts Manager must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required.
  • High School Diploma, GED or continuing education
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Previous customer service experience
  • College degree and/or continuing education
  • Previous experience with/knowledge of material handling equipment
License & Certificates:
  • Forklift operator certification
