We have been experiencing explosive growth and need your help! We are currently looking for a Recruiting Manager. This is a newly created position that will be leading the organization’s recruiting efforts by partnering with our business units to forecast talent needs and developing customized recruiting strategies. You will be leading a team of 5 recruiters that support offices across the United States; therefore, some travel is required. This is a high profile position that will give you the opportunity to work with the top executives in the company.
What do you need to be successful in a position like this? You need to be an out-of-the-box thinker that is capable of producing innovative ways to attract top-tier talent. You will be communicating with a wide variety of people every day, from executives and managers to applicants and new employees. This is a fast-paced position and requires the ability to multi-task and a high level of organization. There will be a strong emphasis on building relationships within the communities where we have offices with the hope of building talent pipelines.
