Understand and evaluate federal and state laws and regulations including ERISA.
Compliance oversite of Retirement Trust.
Internal audit and Federal & State Exam involvement.
Quality review Retirement Trust compliance testing.
Document and contract oversite, review, and structure.
Coordinate changes within the department of new or updated legislation and regulation.
Work with bank and other professionals including but not limited to, accountants, attorneys, and advisors.
Review and implement FMG policies and procedures.
Serve on Bank committees when appointed.
Participate in local professional organizations and attend professional seminars.
- BA degree or commensurate experience.
- A working knowledge of ERISA and fiduciary services.
- Strong analytical skills and sound understanding of investment concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- A desire to increase knowledge and education in the field of fiduciary services.
