HKP, the workforce management affiliate of Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C. is seeking a workforce application specialist to join the payroll team. The workforce application specialist will be responsible for supporting and maintaining HR/Benefit aspects of the workforce application. This position will also assist in supporting various software products used internally for managing and processing client payroll.
- Application implementation, troubleshooting and technical support
- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
- Training, assisting and advising clients in the utilization of payroll software
- Managing miscellaneous projects
The ideal candidate:

This role requires:
- Associate degree or a minimum of one year related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of database concepts
- Exceptional customer service skills
