AppleWhite Dental Partners, a dental service organization with 35 practices throughout the Midwest, is seeking a Recruiter at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa. This position will work directly with the CEO and Human Resource Director to execute the corporate recruiting strategy for hiring Dentists as AppleWhite Dental Partners expands and grows in the Midwest. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of talented candidates to meet our growing needs.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources or Healthcare and 2 years of recruiting experience. Our ideal candidate must be proficient with MS Office and have dental knowledge or willingness to learn all aspects of the dental industry.
Our ideal candidate must have strong communication and presentation skills, knowledge of social media platforms, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Travel will be required.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Source for qualified candidates through a variety of tools and strategies
- Develop relationships and maintain network with community resources
- Verbally and in writing, deliver engaging presentations
- Arrange in-person interviews and coordinate CEO’s schedule
