This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with retirement plan clients and key intermediaries, ensuring client satisfaction through periodic client meetings and discussions covering service levels, plan utilization, client retention, product sales, plan profitability, and fund investment performance. This position also works closely with sales, recordkeeping and operations staff, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. This is an exempt level position and is not eligible for overtime.
The position will be part of the Non-Qualified Service Team, which has responsibility for Executive and Director Deferred Compensation plans. The Sr. Client Service Manager will participate in finalist presentations, will be responsible for resolving the most complex problems and is assigned to larger clients. This role has overall responsibility for client relations, day-to-day service and administrative issues. This role may provide guidance to more junior staff. The ideal candidate has at least five years of relationship management experience (Non-Qualified plan experience a preferred), possesses strong verbal and written communications skills, knowledge of the retirement industry and competitive environment.
