Perform varied and complex administrative, office management, and clinical duties. Will work independently with minimum supervision. Deals with sensitive and confidential issues requiring high level of professionalism & integrity. Ensures that services are provided in a manner that supports continuous quality improvement and customer-oriented focus.
Job duties include FMLA/leave of absence administration, Kronos/Clairvia data entry, maintaining OSHA log, filing, scheduling, general receptionist/office management duties. Responsible for compiling monthly reports and assisting with worker's compensation administration. Includes clinical duties such as drug testing, fit testing, blood pressures and other duties as needed.
Associates degree or combination of education and related experience required. High school diploma required. Must have significant experience in an administrative/secretarial role, health care setting helpful. CNA experience preferred. Demonstrated experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. Willing to learn new programs and increase skills as needed to meet the goals of the department. Excellent customer skills required.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Occasional early mornings may be required. Job share arrangement may be considered for this role.
