Flight Logistics Crew Member Coordinator

Job Requirements:

• Maintain an awareness of fleet movements through flight following and crew communication
• Distribute trip details and changes via email and oral communication in a professional and prompt manner
• Communicate and coordinate with internal SC Aviation departments (Line Service, Maintenance and Operations)
• Handle and resolve Customer and Owner complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
• Trouble-shoot, anticipate and advise customers of possible trip disruptions
• Arrange services for passengers and flight crew including ground transportation, catering and/or lodging
• Act as the main point of contact for Personal Assistants, Customers and Owners
Assist with the coordination of special events (i.e. - Super Bowl, The Masters)
• Determine aircraft needs for the upcoming 72 hours, evaluate logistics based on current location and status of each trip
• Distribute trip itineraries to crew members, customers and Owners
Briefs flight crews on all aspects of their upcoming flights
• Provide estimates (quotes) to Customers and Owners using our Operations System (referred to as “BART”)
• Book, cancel and modify trip requests
• Build and maintain customer/passenger details to include personal information and preferences
• Rotate in on-call responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned

• Respond quickly, professionally and accurately to all internal and external correspondence
• Must have strong computer skills (i.e. – MS Outlook, Word)
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have reliable vehicle transportation
• Ability to work as part of a close team as well as independently
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ability to work with frequent changes in procedures, directions and outcomes
• Ability to work flexible, non-standard hours
• Self-motivated and independent problem solving ability
• Background in private aviation or high end customer service preferred
• Ability to think outside the box
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• The ability to work independently with supervision.
